Lawsuit: Nintendo is getting tariff refunds–customers should get them instead (arstechnica.com)

What a mire this will be for businesses if this lawsuit goes anywhere. I agree with the sentiment of it, and it makes me question the strategy the US Gov is taking for the tariff rollback.
