My favourite is Brave.

I prefer Firefox as it is still the only feasible non-chromium alternative.

I have been a firefox user for more than two decades - since it was called Pheonix and later Firebird.

Firefox — Everyone loves to play armchair CEO and dictate the ills of the company. But I think they do so because Firefox is largely the only independent rendering engine and with Google's foothold on browsers (to protect their ad revenue) I'm nervous about the future of Blink. Independent players are always good for competition.
Anything that can run uBO proper. So, Firefox.
I think the best browser is whichever one stays out of way.For me lately that's Brave too.
Brave and it is not even close. Only browser where I do not need to adjust privacy settings out of the box. On Firefox I need to go hunt for flags...

Just turn off crypto stuff and off you go. Brave Origin will fix that.

Firefox, not even a consideration. With ublock origin, there's nothing that beats it.

For a second browser Vivaldi.

Is never consider any browser linked to an advertising company like Google, Microsoft, or brave.

Brave, Vivaldi or Helium. If you want another browser engine, then wait for Ladybird 1.0, or try Kagi's Orion if you use Mac.
I use Vivaldi, which is chromium based
I use Chrome majorly because I like how it feels and I'm used to it.

But I wanted to stream football (soccer) and NBA games on my phone and the ad pop ups on the streaming sites were too much, I used Brave and the ad-blocking feature is amazing.

LibreWolf if not on the Apple ecosystem. Safari in that case. Mostly for a mix of privacy and efficiency.
Zen browser - based on Firefox
