Developers, Beware of Intel Core Ultra Series 3 (a.k.a. Panther Lake) Processors (kerkour.com)

Not really news, not having AVX 512 is normal for Intel low end / consumer CPUs, it’s not a new thing. I guess they still haven’t figured out how to bodge it onto their efficiency cores?
