A bit of a love letter to internal hackathons – they're truly good IF and only if leaders lead the whole thing by example.

You told so much about your experience in conducting hackathons and how much important to make it great for participants.

I applied to your hackathon in Luma, got into the waiting list and did not received neither any response nor eny email. Will I be able to come and watch as guest or not. Should I come or not?

No feedback, no response, no contacting the potential hackathon participants. Does not seem like a good guest experience :)
