Analytics dashboards for the office (Joel Spolsky)

I distinctly remember a video walkthrough where Joel Spolsky showed a crazy amazing dashboard display that he had up in his office. I can't find the video anywhere, but does anyone know what software and display he was using (or better yet, have a link to the video?).
