The federal judiciary is not nearly as “captured” as local judges and state justices, in my opinion. I would rather focus on impeaching every judge who releases offenders for low or no bail, or with small/no jail time, especially repeat offenders. The dangerous actions of those judges have a much larger effect on my life. I’d like to see judges face consequences for any repeat offender they previously released with less than the maximum sentence.
It's probably impossible but bring back the judicial filibuster. If a judge knows that get confirmed in the Senate they'll have to have bipartisan support then you'll end up with a group of judges desperate to appeal to everyone and alienate no one.
Fucking hell, finally, some serious suggestions with teeth. Save our republic: Reform the judiciary, end gerrymandering, and take money out of politics.

Request: name names. Having this at the start is way better than letting it get watered down in conference down the road.
