If you're like me, the "magic" around agents is uncomfortable. I needed to understand precisely how they work. Partly inspired by the simplicity of the Pi agent harness, I decided to build the simplest agent I possibly could.
I also made a video walkthrough building it up, from a simple console agent to a self-modifying harness, in a single page HTML file.
