16 days, 4 channels, no AWS Bedrock quota fix (ziva.sh)

Posting this because in the Railway[0] threads, folks are claiming no issues with AWS. Well, here's a small guy with AWS, getting completely ignored by (paid!) support, leaving us unable to scale our service
