There is this complaint of guild-like protectionism in other places, like I dunno arbitary gatekeeping to keep the pool small and in turn demand high. What the hell then is the attitude that you don’t need juniors any more, for those already senior?

This article really captures what I'm feeling about the entire AI jobs landscape. What the heck happens when we don't have juniors for years?
