I am developer in building distributed systems, how to get into Anthropic?

I like the work Anthropic doing on claude code and the ecosystem. I am developer but not holiding any PhD or wrote any paper in AI/ML. How to get into Anthropic and work on the stuff they are building. What skills I need to build?

build something with claude that is very useful for other people who use claude is likely the meat of it regardless of degrees or skill depth.

the frontier of LLM itself is now likely RL (a lot of vacancies revolve around it in placesbdoing LLM work ).

none of it matters if you find something to make that a lot of people love you for making it. that could be relatively simple optimizaitos in workflows etc.

not that making it will guarantee a job but it demonstrates recent and relevant skill in the area they work in.

for distributed systems my own mind goes to p2p dma, low level work to interconnect nics, gpus, nvme over fabric maybe, to build infra for AI systems. but on another planet (than mine) it can be agentic cloud stuff or agentic dev cloud platforms etc? (no clue there)

The first skill i think research. Research in everywhere see the background of existing engineers. Some really not have PhD, Ivy degree, see their career path, their thinking if there is any blog post available there. Going depth, and how distributed systems enginner in other places climb their career.
