Ethnic nepotism and bias in Seattle tech industry (old.reddit.com)

So does HR not enforce diversity quotas anymore? I remember a Reddit post from last year where someone screenshot the ‘diversity’ page for a company and the image they used was of their employees: all black women. So much diversity!
