I’m a bit disappointed datacenter physical formats aren’t popular, or offered at all, with desktop computers. Modular, easily repaired, easily upgraded… a small format desktop would only need one of these boards and an IO backplane.
no ECC, so no thank you.
It seems designed to host VDIs, so I guess ECC isn’t a high priority. They can always blame Windows for the crash and not look into a DRAM corruption from a stray cosmic ray.

Alternatively, assemble the rack with low-background steel modules and host it underwater to reduce the risk.
