Earth has 8.3 billion people. So either nobody will care about this (most likely), or it will make a lot of people very angry.

I kind of get this as a gag gift idea, maybe a joke to give a friend their "own" second. They used to sell stars back in the day, one of the earliest internet hustles. Should be clearer it's a joke probably though. Good luck with your idea!
