Ask HN: Does Y Combinator "Create Jobs" efficiently?

With all the talk about the spending bill "creating jobs" I wonder how effective programs like YC are at creating jobs. Anyone know how many people are currently working on YC startups vs. the amount of seed capital invested by YC?
