Anyone actually using loops?

Loops are apparently the new hotness with AI but I'm curious to hear from folks on how their experience. Namely: - Whats your daily/monthly running costs? Is it cost prohibitive for a normie? - Do you self host or run externally? - What model do you typically use? - Any other big takeaways / gotchas?

I do think loops are the logical next step, but just trying better understand them and figured others would probably benefit as well.
