Intel tried doing this in the late 90s. It even had a 480 V chassis. It was right at the time of the iMac and there was a joke that it was a server version of an iMac. Just wheel X number of them into your facility based on your scaling needs. It had power deliver, a switch, blade servers, storage, and a little admin terminal and screen. The original customer backed out and it disappeared quietly.
