Ask HN: What does your journaling framework look like?

Hi folks, I've started journaling routinely and I'm hoping to crowdsource journaling layout / format ideas.

I've done some research online, and layouts like the Habit Tracker look pretty cool.

So I figured I'd ask here on HN too, as I'm sure lots of you have devised some interesting journaling frameworks! ^_^
