I've had exactly the same thoughts.

I think it's a stretch to call Mistral "frontier" though, their models are trash.

So it makes me wonder if there's a business opportunity here -- selling air-gapped, on-premise GLM-5.2-class systems to European firms who can't work with OAI or Anthropic, but need access to frontier or near-frontier coding models. Needless to say, there'd be a lot more involved. But it could be interesting.

Ultimately, would we use our personal intelligence setup to crunch at work?
