I built Utilitly, a set of PDF and image tools — merge, split, compress, convert, and edit. The common ones (merge, split, compress) run in your browser, so those files aren't uploaded, and you don't need an account to use them. It's early and I'd welcome feedback, especially on compression quality and anything that breaks.
