We track hiring across ~120 AI companies. A few findings from the recruiter roles: 44% have at least one open, more than the B2B SaaS (30%) or fintech (18%) companies we track. The most common specialties are technical/engineering, recruiting operations, and GTM/sales. About 1 in 4 of these companies are hiring contract recruiters. The biggest by volume are Anduril, Harvey, Brex, Salesforce, and OpenAI.
