Ask HN: How do you track feedback when you post across multiple places?

Over the last two years I have been working on multiple projects and when trying to get feedback from people, I kept facing the same problem. I post across multiple platforms - X, Reddit, Facebook, etc and all responses ended up scattered across different places. So I'm wondering if others have the same problem.
