Some people were already thinking about leveraging OCI registries to do that; I extended the idea with a notion of "workflow/loop" to structure the concept of Loop Engineering.
Everything is versioned and has dependencies.
A user can install, with a single command, the complete collection of skills and workflows their team uses, and it's versioned!
