I think developers are getting a little too smug these days. Sure dev hours are in demand right now, but I remember a time not too long ago when they weren't. It will happen again.
Agreed. I expect in a few years we'll see the "how to get a job as a technical cofounder" blog posts instead.
The industry is still growing faster than the number of computer science graduates. Don't wait for it.
Not being inclined to donate six months of unpaid work to someone you just met is being "smug"?
