Show HN: OfflineTTS — Free browser-based TTS & STT that runs locally (offlinetts.com)

Tried it, mp3 export works nicely, and the voice is decent for something fully local. Also word-level timestamps to sync subtitles would be convenient as well. Any chance of adding that?
