Nice job. How are you handling outpainting? Outside of using an open-weight model, I imagine it's going to get pretty expensive quickly with something like NB or GPT-Image.
Feedback:
Add an option to hide user tags and only show the different colored mouse cursors otherwise the view will probably get cluttered quickly.
I love it so much, it felt really good when I placed my first piece :). There are some technical issues, the UI and controls could be better, but it definitely was fun, and that's what really matters!
I love art, and I have a particular weakness for the style of art you're using for the project. Not sure if you'd give a fig, but I have bookmarked it just to watch. I guess there will always be something new, and live humans are there, organizing the image in real time. As an outlier and unintended fan, I appreciate your work.
Edit: I should say that I left films such as Arrietty and other Japanimations (Kaguya, Fireflies Grave, Spirited Away) I can't recall, wanting to return and stay there. I guess on occasion, this might help.
Fun, but suggestion - don't let the nametags cover the piece area. Very frustrating to not even be able to see the pieces because people are hovering their cursors there.
I checked your game the day before yesterday, and there were quite a few people online. But when I looked today, barely anyone’s playing.
Also, last time I viewed the puzzle sequence, I’d already looped all the way to the third puzzle. Today I opened it, and it’s reset back to the very first one.
