Show HN: NoDiff, a framework that lives in your monorepo (github.com)

Played with this idea a few months ago, but forgot to share.

Basically, it's a minimal web framework (I've been writing these for the last 15 years, notably with Opa) that AI agents should maintain together with an app in a monorepo. So you can always extend it your way. Curious to see what HN thinks of the concept.
