TLDR: Broad protein intake should be increased much only if it's combined with resistance exercise, otherwise it's pro-aging. Especially methionine and BCAAs are pro-aging. Glycine, proline, and serine are anti-aging. That's not to say that methionine and BCAAs should be eliminated; they shouldn't; only their excesses should be eliminated.
