I will release the open-source version very soon.
Congrats on getting to this place. Wishing you success in the long run. But, if I can be honest for a second, there are some pretty rough spots here.

First, we're all (or, almost all) using AI and aware of its power. But this site is just so clearly the pure, unfiltered output of an LLM. A human touch on the messaging and positioning would go a long way. The now-common saying: if you can't be bothered to write something once, why should you expect humans to read it? The marketing copy and platform comparisons use so many words to say very little of value.

Second, the main video is pretty cringe. The voice alternates between shouting at me and seductively whispering.

Third, project management systems are a burned-over district. There are a million competing platforms out there. This is hard to solve and bold promises like "Replace Jira + Slack + Miro with one canvas" just sound preposterously over-the-top.

Fourth, the "Built for the people who decide" section looks like quotes but surely those are just AI-generated fake testimonials right? I'm already skeptical of the product but that really kills it for me.

On the plus side, it seems you've zeroed in on your niches which is very small, nimble startups and dev teams. Maybe that will help.

Sorry,l I hope you take this in the spirit it's given which is honest feedback and I truly do wish you well and hope to see this refine and succeed.

That's not an honest answer. It's very jealous.
How about hosting a read-only demo instance somewhere, so people can explore what this actually looks and feels like? Could be slop-filled, or even be your actual project's data (which I assume might be public enough, given that you are planning to release an open source version).
What LLM model did you use to come up with the feature set? Lots of same points came up in my prototype design docs. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=48992492 You can see similar specs in mine too.

Are all LLM bootstrapped projects going to converge in the future?
