I think X (formerly Twitter) provides an API called the Filtered Stream endpoint to let you see tweets in real time. Its also crazy expensive, like $40K a month or something. So is this similar?

It is illegal for the President to sell this access and also illegal for recipients to act upon the information received.

But who will enforce the law? Not the DOJ…
