When in the heck is Congress gonna get some backbone and hold this clown accountable. Tariffs and citizenship has been ruled on the Supreme court.
Whether it's those rulings or not deporting immigrats as ordered by judges, this administration does what the hell it wants.
And the cynicism is even in our face. During the citizenship case at scotus, the government's attorney was asked something to the effect of what happens if the executive branch disagrees with the ruling. The response? The executive branch retains it's right to interpret the law as it sees right.
In other works the trump administration follows judge's orders it likes --- claiming it's honorably following the law --- or blows it off as rulings by wacko judge's when it doesnt. Whence the question: why not be a man and just do what you want without the pretense of caring about the law. Answer: assholes always try to hide behind paperwork when they can.
It's like the stormy Daniel's case. Instead of coming home and saying I wanna bed porn stars but I still want to be married and be called husband, father --- take it or leave it -- he delegated the problem to a moron lawyer who took about a 2nd mortgage on his house who then did the paperwork for him. He hid behind an nda, and paperwork pushers. That's a man? No, he's a coward.
When you have no accountability whatsoever delegating your work and blaming foot soldier's is never done! You gotta feel sorry (sarcasm) for someone that stuck on stupid and the idiots who run to it.

If he can override the constitution by issuing executive orders what's stop him just likewise abolishing democracy and declaring himself ruler for life?
