There have been a lot of YouTube videos posted by polyglots about how to learn a second language (or more), but I have never seen anything written specifically for polyglots to read.

That is, are there books written in more than one language at the same time (not translated from one to another) so that you need to know more than one language to understand fully?

The Anatomy of Melancholy by Robert Burton is written primarily in English but has a lot of Latin and some Greek in it. To read it properly and fully, you would need to know all three languages.
