Show HN: Multicoder ACP – Run Claude/Codex/OpenCode from the same VS Code GUI (marketplace.visualstudio.com)

I am working on a VS Code extension which allows to run any (ACP-compatible) agent harness from the same GUI. Shows session outline - all tool calls, click for details. Shows all edits the agent did, allows to find quickly which session modified the current file.
