FFmpeg Compiler?

Is anyone aware of a source-to-source compiler whose target language is FFmpeg’s filtergraph syntax? With Bioscoop, I am in a position to make certain claims of which the strongest is precisely that: "To our knowledge, Bioscoop is the first source-to-source compiler whose target language is FFmpeg’s filtergraph syntax." I would love to be proven wrong. Thank you.
