Apparently Namecheap has been down for some time now, as their hosting provider in Phoenix is having cooling issues: https://status.phoenixnap.com/

Edit: https://www.namecheap.com/status-updates/ is indeed on their status page, previous post said it had nothing.

They host everything at just one datacenter?
