Best code editor without AI?

Hi. I'm looking for a good, modern code editor without AI that also has live preview either built in or through extensions. Lightweight would be nice, but not necessary. Thank you!

Zed is a good one, and it has a single toggle that lets you turn off all the AI features
Sublime Text: https://www.sublimetext.com/

And you can do live preview via plugins.

Sublime still feels like the most natural extension of the mind (when it comes to writing code by hand). Though, I use it mainly as a 2do list and notepad these days.
Just to add that people who haven't tried it just don't get it. If you are used to web based editors like vscode, sublime text it is much, much faster than that. No matter the hardware, you can always tell the difference.
Phoenix Code was good, but they’ve ruined it with the recent AI updates...
You can still disable the GitHub Copilot Chat extension if you are using VSCode. Shame to see that it can't be fully uninstalled, though.
