Great idea, and I think it could go commercial — partnering with wedding planners and charging per event. That's a solid concept worth considering.
As for the game itself, I feel the process is a bit too complicated. In today's world, not many people are willing to go through someone else's wedding story, especially in the form of a game.

The game UX is hard to follow though. If I were a guest, I would have given up before even realizing this was about a wedding.
