How messy is your AI coding workflow?

I’m curious how developers are actually working with multiple AI coding agents today.

If you're using things like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, etc.:

How do you maintain context when switching between them? How much time do you spend moving context from one tool to another? Do you keep track of what each agent changed? Have you ever wished all your agents were available in one place? Do you ever use an expensive model for a task that could have been handled by a cheaper one?

We ran into these problems ourselves and started building OpenPrompt, a control layer above AI coding tools.
