The domain name is evaluated as over $10k by Gemini, so I don't want to blow it. And I never done that.

I looked that up and Gemini finally explained why LLMs overestimate domain names value. Basically it's because only high value names make it to the surface so the data fed to LLMs is very biased towards high.

As with most things, the price is what a buyer is willing to pay. As for the mechanics, sell it through an escrow service. I’ve used Escrow.com in the past.

This is on the open Internet where we have many crooks so someone could succeed in impersonating me with my provider and steel it.
