The obvious ethical question comes up at the 3 minute mark. The CEO kinda ducks and says the API vs front-end delay is only 50ms so it's OK because only machines can read things that fast.
'Also, did you know other services have APIs?' is thrown out repeatedly like it's a big reveal, which perhaps it is to CNBC viewers.
