I spotted this today, never heard about Bob Chapman before, though I've regularly watched Simon Sinek

Doing a quick search for "Bob Chapman" didn't bring up any results, so I thought it was worth sharing the interview here

He's run a successful American manufacturing firm for decades and he attributes this to his leadership philosophy of caring for his workers
