The comment you blame provided factual information about a glaring conflict of interest, yours is a substance-free ad hominem.

Are there Chinese bots on X? Probably... dwarfed by Grok and other domestic AI bot farms with a lot more resources at their disposal.

Bots can be right or wrong independent of their biases so arguing about bot origins is useless, we better focus on the substance.

Really not surprising. If you were to scan the comments on a typical NYT article on this type of topic, the sheer one-sidedness and complete lack of perspective of the comments would convince you that they cannot all be human.
