Reducing the amount of raise from 150% of pre-May-6 limits to 125% of pre-May-6, if I'm reading that correctly?

Patently bizarre way to count things, but here we go...

They are reducing to +25% from current +50%. So while the title is inaccurate in percentage it is factually correct that limits are going down.

It's moving from 50 percent over base to 25 percent which means 17 percent decrease relative to the old limits.
