Show HN: An agent that finds you jobs with just your resume (applymyresume.com)

All you do is upload your resume, and give the site your preferences on location, job titles, pay range, etc, and for free the site finds you a batch of jobs (usually around 5-15 per batch).

It takes 10-30 seconds to generate a batch of jobs.

The site is free and will always be free for people looking for jobs. It uses agents to check job boards all across the internet to find new / relevant jobs for people. I don't plan to ever make the site cost money for job seekers.

For employers, I plan to charge a monthly fee for every live job they want delivered to job seekers.

I think this experience is significantly better than using LinkedIn, Indeed, or other websites, even HN. But I believe most people will use multiple job search tools not just one.

my resume is rather insufficient for finding places I would want to work, skill matching is insufficient, what about my constraints?
Try it out! The site can find you roles even with an incomplete resume. We don't write your resume for you we just find really fresh, compatible jobs for people that they might not have even considered
You missed the point, a resume is insufficient (imo) for finding compatible jobs (from my perspective of what "compatible" means). In other words, my ethics are not represented in my resume, ergo you cannot do the filtering I need
I'm curious, did you use open-source to build that?
