Who are the best hackers on HN? (500friends, YC W10)

A few weeks back, we asked you guys who the best "RoR hacker" on HN was. We got 10+ solid leads (excluding DHH, since he doesn't seem to be for hire ;), and we hired one.

However, we were surprised by the # of people who wrote clean code, but who failed our programming challenges pretty miserably. This is problematic as we value problem solving abilities over Ruby abilities.

So we'd like to pose the question differently: who are the best hackers on HN that are looking for an awesome gig?
