With these events i think its clear that reticulum controlled by the founder is not usable for anyone as the founder can declare your usage unwanted at will.

See the rngit system where the repo is hosted over Reticulum and patches are sent over LXMF to the founder who then judges them. Quite similar to the Linux kernel contribution system.

Yeah that's how a license works and Mark made the entire project. In my opinion the license change away from MIT wasn't a good thing but it does make sense as a way to deal with preventing military use of his work and the ethical copyright issue with AI.
Overall this post seems a bit like you've got a grudge against the project. Is it related to the fact you made a post about your vibe coded SPORE project which looks inspired by Reticulum?
