Show HN: CodeBeasts – Barcode Monsters (play.google.com)

My 7 year old wanted a pokemon game he could play while we did the food shop, so I built him one, turns out my friends enjoyed it too! Point the camera at any barcode and it turns into a creature. The same product always gives the same creature, so your kitchen cupboard is basically a region you haven't explored yet.
