Does anyone have more information of the US coast guard boarding a Chinese frigate off the east coast, or was this article partially written by AI/hallucinations. I can't seem to find anything about it.

The frigate word is almost certainly a hallucination. A Chinese frigate would not be off the east coast, and the Coasties wouldn’t board it if it was.
