The cheapest available unit is $1500 per month which is market price for the area.

Yeah, I read that. There's simply no way to apply for a cheap unit on their website, and those are the market rents already, so call me a doubter.

Do you not account for the cheap units currently rented and in service that are not available for rent?

How could anyone account for units already rented? How can anyone apply for a unit that is not on their website? Those are market rates, there is nothing cheap about these units.
