I’ve been building Readerbeam, a simpler way to send web pages and files straight to your eReader.

It takes a public web page or file and delivers it to your Kindle as a readable document. Web pages are cleaned up and converted to EPUB. PDFs can be sent as-is, while images are converted to PDF and Markdown is converted to EPUB.

It currently supports: - Web pages and PDFs - EPUB, JPG, PNG, and Markdown uploads - Drag-and-drop file uploads - ArXiv papers, delivered as the original PDF - GitHub READMEs - Wikipedia, PubMed, Substack, and Medium articles - Kindle device management - Delivery history - One free send per month - A one-time lifetime Pro upgrade The goal is deliberately narrow: get useful reading material out of the browser and onto an eReader.

I’d especially like feedback on two things: - Whether the output quality is good enough for regular reading, and; - Whether the one-time pricing model makes sense.
