You can't ask that without giving a definition first

Here's a crazy idea. What if we are looking for AGI in the wrong place? We built a global internet. If we do achieve AGI maybe it will be a globally distributed one. If it did would we even know what to look for?

You will need a special job at the Pentagon to know. Remember, there are two AIs; the public toys, and the real, classified versions.

Many sneeze at this, but pay attention and you'll see the trend. AI is a force multiplier. Think of it as an all domain, as opposed to single (eg nuclear) domain weapon.
